Expo // Cor Unum
Future/History

WHO?
Cor Unum is a ceramic workshop in 's-Hertogenbosch where beautiful ceramics from nationally and internationally renowned designers are made with great passion and craftsmanship. Cor Unum - literally: one of heart - is supported by many: by ambassadors and students, by designers, by people who are at a distance from the labor market, by professionals and volunteers. They all share one common ideal: everyone deserves a place, everyone has a talent and everyone can help make the world a better place.

WHAT?
For Cor Unum, the year 2019 is largely dominated by the Future / History theme. A motto that has everything to do with the celebration of our 66th anniversary, with the location of our historic building between old and new Den Bosch, but especially with the new work from our workshop. The Future / History collection includes new work by Kiki van Eijk, Roderick Vos, Alex de Witte, Bas van Beek, Satyendra Pakhalé, David Derksen, Studio Rens, Floris Hovers and Studio Maarten Kolk & Guus Kusters.

WHERE?
The historic building Pompen & Verlouw in the center of 's-Hertogenbosch is pre-eminently an inspiring place for product development and product presentation. The location offers space for a showroom / gallery, for a product development lab and for an historical overview of the 66-year history of Cor Unum. Moreover, the special building also offers space for the entire production process and a stylish shop function for the entire collection. The building breathes ceramics, from today and from yesterday. It is a place where designs, coaching talents, social entrepreneurship and knowledge transfer coincide. Pompen & Verlouw is a bustling hotspot for meeting, designing, researching, creating, training, reintegrating, and selling. As a studio, it is a breeding ground for starting and established designers.
