Expo // Memories to Keep
LittleWood Mini Urn

WHO?
Harm Rietveld is a Dutch artist and craftsman has learned that people like having something to hold in their hands during the mourning process. The LittleWood© mini urn responds to this need and makes it possible to hold on to memories literally and figuratively.

WHAT?
A small urn that people can cherish and literally hold. The little urn contains a brass treasure chest (6 ml) in which you can keep a memento of someone who has passed. Ashes, a lock of hair, perhaps some sand (for example if your loved one’s ashes were scattered at sea), a note, a necklace, a piece of fabric or something else. There are six editions of the LittleWood© mini.

WHERE?
His compact and quiet workplace is located in the small village Dongen, in Harms backyard. The product that he makes is small. His workspace has, probably unconsciously, has an impact on his work.
